About The Host(s)

Amal Women Centre

Amal Women’s Centre is a non-profit social enterprise in Marrakech empowering underserved women through culinary training and sustainable employment opportunities.

Since 2012, more than 350 women have graduated from Amal’s free nine-month culinary training program, gaining professional skills, confidence, and pathways toward financial independence.

Beyond the kitchen, Amal has also played an active role in supporting communities affected by the 2023 Haouz earthquake, providing meals, shelter, and long-term livelihood support.

Today, Amal is a space where food, dignity, creativity, and community come together, creating opportunities for women while strengthening the communities around them.
