A Cultural Morroco | Supporting women and earthquake-affected communities

Join us for a 8-day adventure in Morocco where food, culture, and impact come together. Explore the vibrant streets of Marrakech, the colorful alleyways of Chefchaouen, and the coastal vibes of Tangier, all while connecting with local communities. Cook alongside women at Amal Centre, share meals, and immerse yourself in authentic Moroccan culinary traditions. Amal Women's Centre

Amal Centre is a non-profit social enterprise in Marrakech that empowers underserved women through culinary training and sustainable employment. Since 2012, more than 350 women have graduated from Amal’s program, gaining skills, confidence, and financial independence.
Amal offers a free nine-month culinary training program that combines hands-on kitchen experience, life-skills coaching, and language classes across its three spaces: Amal Gueliz, Amal Targa, and the Sign Café. Beyond training, Amal actively supports its community, including major relief efforts following the 2023 Haouz earthquake. More than a training center, Amal is a safe and supportive space where women rebuild their futures with dignity and purpose.
